A textile purchaser for more than 17 years for premium and mass markets, Romain has developed a vast network of workshops in the Balkans.
He faced the same obstacles that every buyer does:
- Difficulty in easily developing samples without any extra cost
- Guaranteeing faultless production quality in accordance with the gold sample
- Fulfilling the Product manager’s requests with a low minimum order at the same time as fully respecting the stylistic constraints
- Quickly delivering repeat orders to avoid the “out of stock” in store or cause failure of a partner
- Respecting the quality of fabric behaviors until the final inspection on the finished product
- And most of all, keeping a competitive price…
That’s why, after many meetings and discussions, we have been able to set up, with our best performing partners, a trusting environment in order to meet our customers’ requests.

Development support:
Our textile experts in fabrics as well as stitching will be there to guide you in order to make the best decisions. They will take in consideration the stylistic desires, but they will optimize the processes to save costs at each step.
Cutting optimization:
Most of the time, the fabric is the most expensive part of a finished product.
That’s why our experts are specialized in cutting for choosing the best width and making the best placement to limit waste, and optimize the price.
Stitching operations optimization:
Stitching a product with an optimization eye is not easy because many parameters enter into consideration:
- the best position of stitching machines on the production line
- the best flow of raw materials in the workshop
- the training necessary to increase the efficiency of stitchers need to have a specific training for being more efficient,
- how to improve the ergonomics of the workstation
Our experts, who are also teachers in textile schools, do all they can in order so that your production performs with a guarantee of optimization.

Our experts will be with you from the development stages until the delivery to your warehouse.
In order to be sure of the result, we check quality at different steps of the production process to make corrections directly in the production line if needed. A final check is also realized before the truck loading.

Each step is essential, we do everything possible to ensure that there are no hitches during the entire life cycle of the product, right up to delivery to your warehouse:
- Development / Production: our passionate collaborators are selected according to their appetence for textiles
- Logistics / administrative formalities: Our teams will put at your disposal all their knowledge so that the custom clearance and truck consolidation will pass without any issue and so that the delivery is realized without any surprises
Check 1
The product development phase is officially finished when:
- The Golden Sample is approved in terms of stitching. It is done with a sampling fabric.
- A production fabric is approved in terms of colors, weight and hand feel. This fabric comes from mass production and the performing test is done according to this roll.
Check 2
Then we carry out the control of performance: we check the different aspects of the fabric based on the ISO norms:
- Dimensional Stability to Washing (ISO 5077, ISO 6330, ISO 3759)
- Appearance after Washing (ISO 6330)
- Color Fastness to Washing (ISO 105 C06)

During mass production, our teams visit production lines to ensure that each step, from cutting to packaging, is carried out correctly.
Additional tests are carried out at the same time:
- Seam Slippage / Strength (ISO 12936-1, ISO 12935-2)
- Tensile Strength (ISO 12934-2)
- Pilling Resistance (ISO 12945-1)
Check 4
At the end of the production, a final inspection is conducted on an Aql basis: 1.5 (4 minors, 1 major, 0 critical), level II.
Check 5
Random checks are conducted after the shipment in order to be sure that no flaws have occurred during the entire quality process.
